Day One

Welcome

Settle in with a welcome drink, snack & gift, and a 30-minute welcome jet lag massage

Day Two

Write

Settle into your surroundings and begin the inner-work and creative excavation of the retreat

Guided journaling with coffee, tea, and light breakfast (fruit, nuts, etc)

Sound bath from a Portuguese sound artist

8-9am

Full breakfast

Hiking or swimming at nearby natural sites

10:30-1pm

Lunch

Writing workshop with trauma-informed introspective writing exercises

Dinner, followed by optional Tarot readings from Ali

Day Two

Explore

    • One round-trip group airport transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle
